And took over the Samsung Distributorship as NTS Direct.

I continued our partnership with Samsung and added to my responsibilities

Tech support with dealers as well as handling all RMA (return merchandise)

           installation, project management, training, shipping,

           receiving ,invoice management, and order placement, building
